Frank has posted my sermon on the Second Sorrow, the Flight into Egypt, at Sermo Crucis. I got a bit mixed up between my dreams and my angels, but I hope that doesn’t distract you too much. The Third Sorrow will be preached by Father Anthony.

Heard your discourse on the “Second Sorrow”. After a few hours, it hit me, you talked about Mary’s sorrow at being in a place where God was not there, Egypt. You repeat this divine absence as you discourse.
Mary was with God Himself, Jesus, the Second Person of the Blessed Trinity.
The above absence you mention sounds like the new idea that Jesus was not aware of His Divinity, it was a progressive thing. If so, what more of Mary..
